Privacy Notice — ads-auto-a1

Last updated: 4 November 2026

This notice explains how the internal application ads-auto-a1 handles information when an authorised user grants it access to an Amazon Advertising account through the Amazon Advertising API. The application is operated by Nanyang Yucen Trading Co., Ltd. and is used solely to manage that company's own advertising accounts.

What data is accessed

After authorisation is granted, the application may read and manage the following data, and only within the advertising account that granted it:

How the data is used

Storage and access

Authorisation credentials and reporting data are stored on infrastructure controlled and operated by the account owner, and access is limited to the account owner. The application does not sell, rent, publish or share this data with any third party, and does not use it to train or improve any external model or service.

Data retention

Credentials and reporting data are retained only for as long as needed to operate the authorised account's advertising workflows. Authorisation can be revoked at any time from the Amazon account settings, after which the associated access tokens immediately become invalid.

Your choices

You may revoke the application's access at any time from your Amazon account's "Login with Amazon" settings. Revocation stops all further access; data already held can be deleted on request using the contact address below.
